Acue lighting has become our primary resource for lighting and video needs for all of our L.A. Banquets venues. I was in the market to remodel one our spaces in 2017 and Acue Lighting was the first company I contacted. I had a vision to create something very unique and exciting for my customers. Acue Lighting came in and immediately saw my vision. The next day they had a full drawing of what they were able to do for me. I was pleased with the quick turn-around and level of service! It wasn't just the product, it was the whole system integration that they were able to do. They are very knowledgeable in the newest and most advanced products available on the market. I wanted to have LED video screens around the whole Ballroom and that's exactly what they did. When the whole project was completed they handed me an iPad that operated everything with 1 touch of a button. I have many employees that work for me and the there is no way to teach everyone to operate lighting. Everything had to be very simple that anyone can operate it. We needed a new trussing rig for our production company a while back as our previous set wasn’t cutting it. We needed bigger and stronger and more reliable. We looked around all over and found Acue Lighting through google. After contacting them with a design concept they immediately got to work. We received a full mock-up of the design we wanted, showing what the rig would look like. This wasn’t a typical rig as we needed a full roof system and extra legs to hang our line arrays. They were helpful to give design options that would be more cost effective to us and be able to get the job done safely and more efficiently. We saved money and were able to cut time during our installs. That’s 2 thumbs up there from us! We compared costs to many other brands before purchasing and they beat any quote we got. The quality of the product is just as good if not better than our previous (name brand) rig when we first got it. It’s been holding up through 2 full seasons of concerts and festivals and still going strong. We just ordered a new smaller set just like the one we had ordered from them not too long ago and we are eagerly waiting to receive it. We are very happy that we found Acue Lighting and Acue Truss. TUV means that the products have been tested for electrical safety, hazardous material components, and unwanted sounds.
